Unless your item was damaged, not the correct size or not the correct product NO returns are accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, every item is handcrafted so there is no need to worry if what you are receiving will be of good quality or not. In the case of the return, once the item is returned (under the given circumstances above) you will receive a full refund. Again, returns are only accepted on the grounds that your product was damaged, not the correct size or not the correct product.
